In the book that I was reading it talked about the challenges of having a child. It talked about all the things that you have to go through. Things that you should expect and be looking out for in your young toddler child. And how to react with your actions. Also a woman described her child and told about the way she felt toward her child. She used lots of similes and metaphors to give off a good description.
the book i read today was called Dali and was about the life of the famous painter Salvador Dali the most important thing of this book is that it shows you the name and the date that he made his paints too many people taught that they he was crazy
today i read about a lot of stuff you can do in your house. i read this one you can use as shoe deodorant, sprinle some baking soda liberally into smell shoes, let it sit overnight then shake out the baking sodabefore wearing. then this other one is to remove chewing gum from a carpet. first thing you do is hold a plastoc bag filledwith ice cubes over the chewing gum to harden it. then you pick off the harden deposit, taking care not to remove the carpet pile.
Today i read a book about a lil boy named Rob. He was from Jacksonville but moved to a place called Lister after his mother passed away. He is a loner at school and he gets bullied everyday on the way to school. He went walking through the woods one day and seen a tiger in a cage near an abandoned train station. All the rest of the day he was trying to ignore the bullies and try'd to remember the tiger.
This story is about a Girl who never had a boyfriend or had kissed a boy. She wants to experience before she went to college. Her name is Katie Molina she is 17 years old and is a junior at her high school. She says that everyone has kissed except for her. When she started going out with this boy named Trevor she was very shy, she didn’t now what to do, how to make any moves. Instead what they did was just talk a lot about what was going on around them. They were both too scared to make the first move. One day when they were at her house he reached over to her and tried to kiss her .she backed up and moved to the end of the couch, she wanted to kiss him but she was to nervous. He tried again and she did the same, they stopped going out because she broke it up. they grew apart in those years, when she seen him in college she had seen them in a bar, she reached over to kiss him, and he did the same as the old days he had introduced his wife to her. =[ she felt really ashamed and embarrassed.
Race Today I read about race. I learned that in black history month black people feel more comfortable. Unless they have a Persian gulf. Because it reminds then of the race burden. There is something about black history month. Now at least six weeks long since Martin Luther King’s birthday is in the middle of January. It gives them an early time for festivities. At first it wasn’t called black history month it was called Negro History Week named by Harvard PH.D. I thought this book was ok I don’t like races some I think its wrong how people look at each other with color and not the insides.

Most people in Rome make thier living by farming it by having lots of animals having eggs and such. Today many farms and countries are small in Rome. Today people in Rome still enjoy strolling through the streets of thier ancient Rome. The rich people that lived in rome had alot of rich foods the poors only ate bread and water. That is what i Read about Rome today..
Today I read about Lizards. Lizards from the zoological suborder lacertilian and share with snakes. Some typical characteristics of reptiles are that they have a dry scaly skin. Amphibians may be and have lungs but they don’t have a scaly skin. Different species of lizards from more than one half of the total species of recent reptiles and over 3,700 species are recognized. This record specimen was exhibited in the St. Louis. The vast majority of lizard species.
The book I read today was talking about the brain, some things it had said was the body’s main control center is the brain. It is encased in the bony skull and floats in a pool of cerebrospinal fluid, which gives extra protection by absorbing shock waves. And the brain communicates with the rest of the body through the cranial nerves and the spinal cord. One thing that was interesting was brain power and size, Humans have the most complex brain of all animals. It gives humans the power of original thought and communication through speech and writing. It is heavier in relation to body weight than the brain of any other animal.
Today I read about these Asians that would fly kites but them big kites that are three miters wide and 100 teams would compete against each other they would try to throw another kite off there balance so that they can win and they say that many Asians like to fly kites because they like it. I think that many Asians have fun playing with those kites I feel like if that’s some kind of their religion that’s what I read. I didn’t know that there was kites as big as three meters wide.
in the story i read Amaerican History i was reading that a girl name elena doesnt like the schol she is going to because all the girls when they are playing in p.e. they area always calling her names like you skiny girl, you didnt eat your rice and beans today, you need to eat pork chops and she doesnt like it. another thing is that she lives in a building call "EL Building". it that buiilding it was an everyday party and then whe hte president f kennedy was killed the whole building was quiet and all the people just pass by like if nothing happen.
im starting to like the story but im just half way.
the story is good so far and im enjoying it.
i think the story needs to talk more about the streets

This story is about four mice named Sniff Scurry Hem and Haw they were taking classes in a cafeteria and they always had a place where they had all their cheese and then suddenly somebody moved the cheese they had in that place and they all blamed Hem for that because he is the one that could not live with the cheese

It also talked about the famous Leonardo DaVinci, who was born near the Italian village of Vinci. His hunger for knowledge made him achieve many goals in his life. Leonardo was a great artist, scientist, and engineer. Some of his great paintings are still admired in today's world. For example, Leonardo da Vinci's Mona Lisa, The last supper and other great paintings. He was also a great engineer. In 1482, he was accepeted into the duke's court as an engineer. I really liked this book because I learned a little bit about Leonardo da Vinci and his achievements. I also like the fact that he was very open minded and he had a hunger for knowledge.
today I read a book about Rome. In this story. The laws and the governments were important to its people. Ancient Romans were also great builders, especially of roads and waterways. Many of their ideas about government and building are still important now in the 2000's.Rome was the center of a great civilization along time ago.i dont think that i have any intrest in this book idont want to read it again
I read the book Illustrated Book Of Pregnancy & Baby Care. I read the chapter First Signs Of Illness. In this chapter it talks about what kind of symptoms happen when your child is sick or getting sick. Even if your child has no definite symptoms, often you can tell he is getting sick by his whiny, clingy behavior. Children may become pale, lose their appetite, and drive their parents crazy with irritable temper tantrums. With a teething baby, there’s always a tendency to dismiss the change in behavior to new teeth on the way. Take symptoms seriously because no studies have yet confirmed the connection between illness and teething. Sick children can be very frustrating, testing even the most patient parents.
Reflection: Todays book i read a chapter that talked about what symptoms your baby gets when its sick or getting sick. My mom always thinks that i lie when i dont feel good but theres symptoms that i get and i know. I think this was a very important and interesting chapter. A fact that I thought was more interesting in this chapter was If your child is under a year, watch especially carefully, because babies can become very ill and very quickly.
