Jurors in the Casey Anthony capital murder trial heard more forensic testimony Monday regarding a hair found in her trunk and hairs found with the skeletal remains of her 2-year-old daughter Caylee.

However, Orange County Chief Judge Belvin Perry Jr. would not permit Stephen Shaw, a hair and fiber examiner for the FBI, to show jurors a PowerPoint presentation dealing with a study he is conducting on hair decomposition. Anthony's defense attorneys protested vigorously, saying they had not received a copy of the presentation or had a chance to adequately review it.

"The court does find it troubling that the state, at the ninth hour, provides a PowerPoint with color photographs that was not provided to the defense," Perry said. The dispute over the presentation was heard outside the jury's presence. Perry did allow Shaw to testify about the study.

Shaw told jurors that he examined the hair and a "hair mass" found with Caylee's remains, and that he came to the same conclusion as FBI trace evidence examiner Karen Lowe.

Lowe previously testified that a 9-inch piece of hair from the trunk appeared similar to a piece of hair recovered from the little girl's hairbrush, and had a dark band that she had only seen in hairs that remained in the scalp of a decomposing body. Shaw said he agreed with Lowe's findings, adding that the "hair mass" found with the remains had a "brushlike" appearance associated with a later stage of decomposition.

Police in an Indiana city were hoping the "America's Most Wanted" television program that aired Saturday night would bring tips that could help solve the disappearance of a college student. Bloomington Police Capt. Joe Qualters declined Saturday to discuss specifics, but told reporters evidence was still being gathered in Indiana University student Lauren Spierer's June 3 disappearance. Police are reviewing videotapes from local . Spierer, 20, was last seen leaving an apartment building a few blocks from her home about 4:30 a.m. Police have confirmed through security camera video that she returned from Kilroy's Sports Bar in Bloomington to her building at Smallwood Plaza briefly about 2:40 a.m. with someone, but they left about 10 minutes later. Police revealed Thursday that they now have additional video footage of Spierer and the other person "making their way" from Smallwood to the building where she was last seen. An attorney representing the man who was with Spierer at the time told the Journal News of Westchester County, New York, that somebody punched his client in the face during a confrontation at Smallwood. Attorney Carl Salzmann reportedly claimed that his client has no memory of the rest of the night after that or the 15 minutes leading up to it.

Monday. Today I read about the Casey Anthony Case that is still ongoing. It is now week 4 of trial and the case may seal soon. There is now more evidence against Casey Anthony that was found, and later displayed during a trial. According to Elizabeth Fontaine, a sticker in shape of a heart was found on a corner of the duct tape used to cover Caylee’s mouth. Court documents have stated that a sheet of heart-shaped stickers, with some missing, was found at the Anthony home. However, at trial it was not mentioned. The trial, if wrapped this week, will probably find Casey Anthony guilty of murdering her two-year old baby, Caylee Anthony. She is charged with more than seven counts in the death of her child, including aggravated child abuse, misleading investigators, and first-degree murder. If convicted Casey may, and will face the death penalty.

A mountain lion was killed in a car accident in Milford, Connecticut, on Saturday and authorities say the cat may have been the same one spotted this week in nearby Greenwich. The Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection says it responded to a State Police call about 1 a.m. Saturday morning reporting a collision between a 2006 Hyundai Tucson SUV and a mountain lion in the area of Exit 55 of Route 15 in Milford. The mountain lion died of injuries in the crash, but the SUV driver was uninjured. Connecticut DEP says it's possible and even likely that the mountain lion killed early Saturday morning is the same cat that's been roaming around Greenwich this month. The animal was last seen Sunday on the campus of a college prep school.

Today I read about the killing of embassy bombings mastermind deprives al Qaeda of key figure , At midnight last Tuesday, two men were traveling in a black four-wheel drive through the Somali capital, Mogadishu. One was Fazul Abdullah Mohammed, the most wanted terrorist in Africa. Mohammed had survived more than a decade on the run, at least one attempt on his life, and a $5 million price on his head for planning the 1998 attacks on the U.S. embassies in Nairobi, Kenya and Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. But his luck was about to run out in the chaos of Mogadishu, where the frontlines in the battle between the weak transitional government and al Qaeda affiliate al-Shabaab shift almost weekly. His vehicle headed toward a government checkpoint, possibly after taking a wrong turn. According to several accounts it tried to speed through, setting off a firefight with police. Mohammed was killed, but to begin with the Somali security forces had no idea who he was. Only when they discovered cell phones, a South African passport, a substantial amount of cash and a laptop did they realize this was someone of significance. So his body -- which had been rapidly buried -- was exhumed, according to Somali military officials. A sample of his DNA was sent to Nairobi, where U.S. officials confirmed it was Mohammed. They had taken DNA samples from his wife and children some years ago.

Today I read about, Investigators have lost the trail of a convicted militia member who melted into the remote and rugged backcountry of western Montana after allegedly shooting at sheriff's deputies, a Missoula County sheriff's commander. Officials scaled back their search when dogs lost David Burgert's scent, Undersheriff Mike Dominick said, adding that the operation is now more of an investigation than a manhunt. Authorities have been searching for Burgert since Sunday when, they say, he led police on a low-speed chase in a Jeep Cherokee before firing shots at deputies and abandoning the vehicle.

Today I read about graffiti for a good cause in New York. A section of Walton Avenue, between 149th and 150th in New York City's Bronx borough, has some new graffiti gracing one of its walls. This, however, is not the work of neighborhood miscreants, but a call to action to end human trafficking. The mural, created by a group of students, is dedicated to Somaly Mam – an anti-trafficking activist - and is part of a project to raise awareness by the Somaly Mam Foundation. The students say the mural is their way of raising their voices against human trafficking and that they hope that when people see the mural they will add their own voices to fight against human trafficking.

They don’t know and that’s their fear their scared and just think about it . So far, Washington has shown little reaction to states' enacting immigration bills. The law is meant silence . The longer Congress waits to deal with immigration reform, the louder states seem to scream for action .

Tuesday. Today I read about the Anthony case which is still active. The hair found inside the trunk of Casey Anthony’s car is not excluded as being Casey or Caylee’s. The hair was further examined by FBI forensics investigator. The forensic investigator, put a small portion of the hair in mitochondrial DNA testing. She told the jurors that this is done when a specimen such as hair or skeletal remains do not contain enough nuclear DNA for testing. They took a cheek swab sample of Casey, and it matched that of the hair. However, any maternal relative may not be excluded from the match.

Colton Harris-Moore gained notoriety and earned his nickname for allegedly leading police on a two-year manhunt while eluding capture in stolen boats, cars and planes usually while barefoot. In May, a federal judge added bank burglary to an indictment that contains five other federal charges stemming from Harris-Moore's dramatic July 2010 capture in the Bahamas. Four of the charges are punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine. His attorney, John Henry Browne, told reporters a draft of a plea agreement could be finished by the end of the day Thursday. Negotiations for a restitution amount are still under way, he said, adding that the amount will likely be about $1.3 million. Browne stressed that his 20-year-old client wants any money generated from likely book or movie deals to go to the victims.

Papandreou said the formation of a unity government requires agreement from all opposition parties on the cuts and privatizations agreed to in an international bailout Greece undertook just over a year ago. Papandreou's reshuffle comes amid mounting opposition and the defection of one of his party's parliament members over the austerity program. The main opposition party, New Democracy, has repeatedly demanded that Papandreou quit and that a cross-party coalition renegotiate the terms of the bailout package. Bloise, who previously testified for the prosecution, discussed the execution of a search warrant at the Anthony home on August 6, 2008, and his duties, which were to examine the clothing in Casey Anthony's closet with an alternative light source for any stains. Bloise testified no stains were found on the pants Anthony wore on June 16, 2008, the day her 2-year-old daughter Caylee was last seen. However, he acknowledged to prosecutor Linda Drane Burdick on cross-examination that Anthony's mother, Cindy, had told authorities she had washed the pants after that day. Bloise also testified he examined a vehicle belonging to Anthony Lazzaro, Casey Anthony's then-boyfriend. He said he found a stain in the car's interior, but a presumptive test for blood was negative. Asked by Burdick whether Lazzaro's car smelled like a dead body, Bloise said it did not. They allege she then put the little girl's body in black garbage bags and stored it in her trunk before dumping it in woods near her home.

This morning I read about Here in the land of Mickey, where parents lavish time and money to immerse their little ones in the magic of childhood, another name has stolen the show: Casey. Casey Anthony, 25, is accused of killing her doe-eyed toddler and the murder trial is inescapable this summer: Inside the diner, the gym, the hair salon -- even the car wash -- TV screens are tuned in to the coverage and grabbing eyeballs. At Fields BMW in suburban Winter Park, no one has switched channels in the customer lounge since testimony began four weeks ago. "I don't think anybody's brave enough to grab the remote," said Whitney Lore, the cashier. The drama sucked in Trevor Ball this week as he waited for his wife's BMW to be serviced. He fired off a Casey update to her by text: The prosecution rests. Half the people who turn on their TVs in Orlando during the daytime are watching the trial, says Steve Hyvonen, news director at WKMG, a CNN affiliate. That usually only happens here when a hurricane hits.

Casey Anthony did not take the stand, and the trial will be on recess until tomorrow morning to hear more.

Some people say that they should be aloud to come here because it gives them a chance to make a life for there family. Other people say that they shouldn't b able to come because that they come and take the jobs of the Americans that have been here and made jobs from there cold sweat.

Suffolk County Police have upped the ante in their search for a killer or killers who apparently dumped their victims along a remote stretch of beach in Long Island, New York. The reward for information leading to an arrest once topping out at $5,000 was raised five-fold. The $25,000 reward would be the largest offered in Suffolk County history, in an apparent bid to fill out a possible serial killer case that some fear has gone cold. At least 10 sets of human remains have been found in Long Island's Nassau and Suffolk counties since December. The woman who originally prompted the searches 23 year old Shannan Gilbert remains missing, and police say they have sifted through more than 1,000 tips related to the case. The New Jersey woman was last seen in May 2010 at a private party at a home in the Oak Beach community.

Attorney William Taylor made the remarks a day after Strauss-Kahn's legal team met with prosecutors in the case for nearly two hours. It's not known if any plea deal was offered. The meeting came about a week after Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. acknowledged that there are questions about the credibility of Strauss-Kahn's accuser. The 62-year-old former chief of the International Monetary Fund is charged with sexual abuse and attempted rape of a hotel maid in May. While Wednesday's meeting with prosecutors was "constructive," Strauss-Kahn's attorneys said, prosecutors maintained that they are not ready to drop the charges.

Pass a balanced-budget amendment to the Constitution that includes spending caps and makes it difficult to raise federal taxes. "The answer for the country is for the president to agree to cut federal spending, to cap federal spending and to put in place a balanced-budget amendment," Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney says.
