6-21-11 Today I read an article with the name of Minister cites likely pilot error in Russian plane crash that kills 44. I read that 44 were killed and 8 were injured. The cause of the premature descent is being investigated by the Inter-State Aviation Committee. The so-called black boxes will be recovered and sent to Moscow for deciphering. The recorders will help authorities piece together the final minutes of the flight and possibly tell investigators what caused the plane to go down.I read that the first thing that the plane had contact with was a pine tree of about 15 meters high. This proves that the plane didn't break in mid-air but that all those destructions were inflicted to it as a result of that contact.

But they offered two different accounts on who the actual killers were. Three other inmates testified as well. Knox was sentenced last year to 26 years in prison for the death of Meredith Kercher at a house the two shared in Perugia, the central Italian town where both were students. Knox has vehemently proclaimed her innocence and her family has continued to fight the conviction. Two hours of legal wrangling between attorneys passed before the judge decided to allow inmates Mario Alessi and Luciano Aviello to testify. Alessi is serving a life sentence for kidnapping and killing an 18-month-old boy.

Sega makes games for PlayStation and other gaming systems.
today iread about, Greece's prime minister was gambling his government's survival and the danger of a devastating debt default on a Tuesday night confidence vote aimed at helping him passing deeply disliked austerity measures that have provoked strikes, protests and a slump in his popularity. If Prime Minister George Papandreou's new government fails to get the necessary parliamentary support in a midnight vote Tuesday, it would throw into question whether it can pass a new austerity bill by the end of the month as demanded by international creditors. Expectations that Papandreou would win lifted world markets. His Socialist party holds a five-seat majority in the 300-member legislature, and a simple majority is needed to pass.

The fans are mad at the NFL because all of the fans and players want so watch and play football this year. Ray Lewis made a statement and said that if theirs no NFL the crime rate would go up. The owners are the only ones that arent getting hurt in this situation. My opinion is that if theirs no NFL the players should just sue the NFL.

Federal police captured Jose de Jesus Mendez Vargas, also known as "The Monkey," in an operation in the state of Aguascalientes, Mexico's national security spokesman said. Mexican President Felipe Calderon praised the capture on his official Twitter account: "A large blow by federal police to organized crime. One of the most wanted criminals was captured. This morning I read about how After saying Casey Anthony's parents do not believe she is innocent of charges she killed her 2-year-old daughter Caylee in 2008, an attorney representing George and Cindy Anthony issued a statement Thursday clarifying his remarks. "The Anthony family maintains that they simply want justice in this case," said attorney Mark Lippman. "The Anthony family maintains they do not, under any circumstance, support any theory that the defense has put forward regarding George Anthony's actions. The Anthony family maintains that while they want both the state and the defense to do their jobs respectively, they do not under any circumstance wish to see that the state achieves the ultimate sanction that the State of Florida is looking for, which is the death penalty."The Anthony family maintains they want the truth about what has happened to their granddaughter," Lippman said in the statement. "Finally, Lippman Law Offices does not and will not condone the idea that attorney-client privilege was ever breached and any misunderstanding as to statements should not be considered that the Anthony family wants anything other than the things identified here."
6-23-11 Today I read about an article with the name of Magnitude-6.7 quake rattles northern Japan. I read that an earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 6.7 struck off the Pacific Coast of northern Japan early Thursday. The Japan Meteorological Agency warned that a tsunami could be generated by the temblor. And that it canceled the warning less than an hour after the quake. The coastal cities of Kamaishi and Ofunato ordered about 8,000 households near the coast to evacuate. Train service in the area was stopped temporarily, but resumed operation within an hour.

Today I read about Afghan President Hamid Karzai on Thursday welcomed U.S. President Barack Obama's plans for a U.S. troops drawdown and said it's a sign that Afghanistan is ready to take control of security in the war torn nation. The number of troops that he has announced to be withdrawn is a sign that Afghanistan is taking over its own security and is trying to defend its territory by its own means Karzai said.So we are happy about the announcement.

Today I read about, authorities used a “ruse” to lure legendary mobster James "Whitey" Bugler out of his hideout an apartment in Santa Monica, California and arrest him, the FBI. Acting on a tip, members of the Fugitive Task Force staked out the home Wednesday and then arrested Bulger and his girlfriend, fellow fugitive Catherine Elizabeth Greig, who was inside the home, said FBI Special Agent Richard DesLauriers. According to senior administration officials, the planning for President Barack Obama's announcement for the drawdown from Afghanistan began in January of this year when the president summoned top members of his national security team into the Oval Office and tasked them with coming up with a plan for the drawdown. The calculations that went into the drawdown decision included the fact that "remarkable and "unexpected" progress had been made degrading al Qaeda infrastructure in its bases in the tribal regions of Pakistan over the past 18 months, explained one of those officials. Additionally, the Taliban has been rolled back from their heartland regions in southern and southwestern Afghanistan, both in northern and southern Helmand Province and around the key city of Kandahar, which had been the de facto capital of the Taliban when they were in power.
Lindsay Lohan's failed alcohol test last week will not be held against her because of an apparent technical error by a previous judge, a Los Angeles judge ruled Thursday. The requirements that her supervised probation include random alcohol and drug testing expired in February when she was arrested on a necklace theft charge and transferred from a Beverly Hill court to the Los Angeles airport branch, Judge Stephanie Saunter said. Lindsay has done nothing wrong," defense attorney Shawn Holley said after the hearing. The judge told Lohan she was guilty of "extremely poor judgement" by having roof parties while on home confinement, "but poor judgment is not a violation of your probation

San Diego police and FBI officials are investigating the fatal shooting of a Mexican man by a U.S. Border Patrol agent during a rock-throwing altercation at the border fence, authorities said Wednesday. The Tuesday evening altercation involved two Border Patrol agents and three migrants allegedly trying to cross the border from Tijuana, Mexico, authorities said. "A thorough, multi-agency investigation is currently being conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and San Diego Police Department," a Customs and Border Protection spokesman said in a statement. Mexico's Foreign Affairs Ministry strongly condemned the shooting of the Mexican national, who authorities said fell off the border fence upon being shot and died on the Mexican side of the border.
Today I read a article about Two women who say they suffered severe medical complications from a generic drug lost their Supreme Court appeal Thursday, essentially ending their separate lawsuits against pharmaceutical manufacturers .The justices in a 5-4 ruling said generic drug companies do not share the same level of responsibility as makers of brand-name equivalents, to update their warning labels when significant new risks emerge. Today I read about the Mexican president confronting Clinton over border shooting . Mexican President Felipe Calderon says he confronted U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton over the shooting death of a Mexican by a U.S. Border Patrol agent. Both leaders were in Guatemala for a summit earlier this week. "In Guatemala I protested to Secretary Clinton about the death of the Mexican in Tijuana," Calderon said via his Twitter account Wednesday night. "I demanded punishment for those responsible.“ The president's strong words were "retweeted" by more than 100 others Wednesday night and Thursday, but many replied with criticisms.

Lindsay Lohan's failed alcohol test last week will not be held against her because a judge did not renew a requirement that she be tested. The requirements that her supervised probation include random alcohol and drug testing expired in February when she was arrested on a necklace theft charge and transferred from a Beverly Hills court to the Los Angeles airport branch. "Lindsay has done nothing wrong," defense attorney Shawn Holley said after the hearing. Contrary to what the judge and the probation officer believed until Thursday, it was not against Lohan's probation rules to drink and she did not have to submit to tests, Saunter ruled. Lohan waited no time show she was happy with her court appearance. "Thank you to all of my fans for your support. Sending you Love and Light. xo," she wrote in a Twitter posting an hour after leaving the courthouse. The judge told Lohan she was guilty of "extremely poor judgment" by having roof parties while on home confinement, "but poor judgment is not a violation of your probation."
Today I read about a deadly tropical storm in the Philippines. Heavy rains and high winds from Tropical Storm Meari lashed the Philippines Friday, killing at least 11 people and displacing 40,000 people. The storm has been menacing the Philippines since Tuesday, when 11 fishermen went missing along the coast of Luzon. They took the girl to a barrack and forced her to watch a woman get raped. The drunken men then set loose a dog to rip off the raped woman's breasts. Blood was everywhere. The woman passed out.The young witness was next. Five soldiers held her down and took turns raping and sodomizing her. They spilled alcohol on her. They laughed. They said they'd kill her. Following a magnitude 7.2 earthquake that struck Thursday near the Aleutian Islands. Monday. Today I read about Ryan Dunn. He was a stunt guy who came out in the Jackass Show. He died in a car crash, because he was drinking and driving. I really think that is stupid, but oh well guess that was his biggest stunt yet. His blood alcohol concentration level was twice the legal limit.

A new fire in Texas forced home evacuations and consumed hundreds of acres, while fires in other states across the southwest and southeast challenged firefighters' efforts to contain them. The Texas Forest Service responded to a new wildfire Thursday in Wheeler County in the Texas panhandle and expects more critical fire weather conditions across the west and northwest parts of the state, said the service in their daily report Friday. The fire, although 90 percent contained, covered 500 acres and forced evacuation of three homes, the report said.
Today I read about A member of a Pakistani-based militant group is denying a New York Times report that a cellphone found during the raid of Osama bin Laden's compound contains information that links his group to bin Laden. The member of Harakat-ul-Mujahedeen said he was not aware of support his group gave bin Laden during the years the al Qaeda boss hid at a compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan. The statement by the man, who did not want his name used because no one in his group is authorized to speak to the media. The New York Times reported on Thursday that a cellphone belonging to a bin Laden courier contained contact information for members of Harakat-ul-Mujahedeen. The Times report says that Harakat-ul-Mujahedeen also has ties to Pakistani intelligence services.
Tuesday. Today I read about untold stories of the holocaust. Some of the stories never told such as rape. Maybe the victims kept quiet for so long, but maybe reporters or interviewers never asked the right questions. One victim talked about how five men held her down and raped her. They threw alcohol on her and told her she was going to die. Her sister later cleaned her up and they never spoke of it again.
Wednesday. Today I read about the Casey Anthony case. Cindy Anthony stated that she was the one who conducted some searches on her computer of chlorophyll. Because she thought her dogs were becoming drowsy due to bamboo plants she had in her backyard. She also said that she conducted some searches for her friend, but that other searches were conducted by someone else, not her. Casey’s parents do not want her to receive the death penalty, but they do believe she is guilty.

A few hours before the 3 a.m. crash, Dunn tweeted a picture of himself drinking with two friends. The photo has been removed. Thursday. Today I read about the Casey Anthony case. In today’s trial, the defense is still trying to come up with ways on how the baby could have possible drowned in the pool. Cindy, sarcastically said that how was the baby supposed to grab the ladder to climb in, or open the fence leading to the pool. However the defense kept questioning her, but the judge allowed her not to answer any further. Casey’s brother also took the stand, and said that a stain in the car was there since he owned the car.
Friday. Today I read about the abuse of prescription drugs. Prescription medicine is being abused more than Excstasy, Cocaine, and heroin combined. It is worse than the 1980’s crack epidemic. They say that prescription drugs can be more deadly, and usually lead to addiction. Especially the ones that contain oxycodon.
Juarez is hot spot of Mexican drug violence. "If the criminals resist giving up ... well then there will be incidents of confrontation. Until what point? As long as necessary," Leyzaola said in an interview earlier this month with CNN in Juarez. The gunmen were carrying out extortion on a local business when Leyzaola's patrol coincidentally came across the incident, according to Juarez Mayor Hector "Teto" Murguia.
Today Friday I read about rap during the holocaust . The soldiers had came for her at night and took her to barrack and forced her to watch a woman get raped . The drunken men then set loose a dog to rip off the raped woman's breasts. Blood was everywhere. The woman passed out. But the topic of sexual violence during the Holocaust is fraught with controversy. Some observers believe it's a subject not sufficiently widespread or proven to warrant broad attention. Others fear it's driven by a microscopic view that deflects focus from what needs to be remembered. And still others feel that by pushing the issue, it may harm survivors who've suffered enough. I think that no mater what these people should still go to jail because its really sad .

Two U.S. citizens from Seattle and Los Angeles described as "would-be terrorists" by the FBI have been arrested and charged with plotting to kill Americans enlisting in the armed forces in Seattle. The men were identified as Abu Khalid Abdul-Latif, (also known as Joseph Anthony Davis), 33, of Seattle; and Walli Mujahidh, (also known as Frederick Domingue Jr.) 32, of Los Angeles. "Driven by a violent extreme ideology, these two young Americans are charged with plotting to murder men and women who were enlisting in the armed forces to serve and protect our country," When the suspects attempted to recruit a third man, that individual instead went to the police. Acting Assistant Attorney General Todd Hinnen said the threat was averted and the public was not endangered because of the intervention of the Joint Terrorism Task Force.
Today Friday I read about Actor Peter Falk, who rose to fame on a shambling manner and a rumpled raincoat as the TV detective Lt. Columbo, has died. He was 83.
Falk died peacefully at his Beverly Hills home Thursday evening, according to a statement released by his friend, attorney Larry Larson. The cause of death was not released.
Though he was a renowned movie and stage actor -- he earned two Oscar nominations in the early '60s and won an Obie (an off-Broadway honor) for his performance in Eugene O'Neill's "The Iceman Cometh" -- he is best remembered for the polite, raincoat-wearing, Peugeot-driving Los Angeles police detective who always wanted to know "just one more thing."
That line -- which usually meant that the seemingly absent-minded detective was about to outwit his perfect-crime-committing suspects -- became so popular that Falk used it as the title of his memoir.
The character, which originated with "Columbo" writers and producers William Link and Richard Levinson, was given a unique
Friday- today I read about shocking stories about the holocaust and how many women were raped in the camps. They would go for the girls at night and then rape them. These stories are date back about 65 years. They are very rarely discussed but today the silence is lifted about the rape stories of these women.
Today I read about her A former Rwandan minister has been jailed for life for genocide and incitement to rape at the United Nations-backed court for Rwanda in Tanzania. Pauline Nyiramasuhuko, who is the only woman to be convicted by the court, was minister for family and women's affairs in the Rwandan government when some 800,000 people, mainly ethnic Tutsis, were killed in 1994. She was accused of direct and public incitement to commit genocide and of being responsible for rape "as part of a widespread and systematic attack against a civilian population on political, ethnic and racial grounds," the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR) said. Her son, Arsene Shalom Ntahobali, a militia leader who was jointly charged in the case, was also convicted Friday of genocide, crimes against humanity including rape and persecution and war crimes, and sentenced to life in prison.
